I call upon the Holy spirit
To give me the faith to believe
and to trust in God and release
any challenges that I meet
I am open to the one universal spirit
I resonate with that love and light
and the heartbeat of the Creator
that brings all of Creation to life
from spirit we were born and shall return
with my soul I can retreat

I breathe this spirit into my life
I let any distractions Go
and turn away from any worries
and release any negative energy that shows
