Breathe deep

And reach the Soul,

And bring to each moment

The fullness of being.

Be not afraid

To stand naked before God.

To feel the connection of all elements

Of the self,

Seen as all of who you are

In the Divine presence of the Creator.

For you have roots

 that go deep into lifetimes of expression.

You have a lifeline of spirit

That reaches for God’s Spirit.

And you can accept all of that ,

In the gift of who you are.

For You are a Child of the Universe,

A dweller on the Threshold,

A human being here on Earth.

A cosmic thought of creation in Being.

Sharing the Brief time here with those on this planet,

Holding the scales of balance

 that being human and spirit can only know.

In what this is,

In what this can be

Here offered as your life.

Let it be forever connected with your Spirit,

And Your soul with Light and Love.
