Do not run, do not hide

from the Truth you hold inside

For there is no way to outrun yourself

It’s right there where you reside.

 It will be there when you rest

and catch your breath and sleep

It’s there in your relationships

And the way live and what you eat.

In your one on ones you do

In your addictions and the pain

And one day you’ll be face to face

with what it is you hate and it’s your ball and chain.

Do not run from the Love you are

And the Love that can heal your pain

For it has the power to release you

So you can make a new start.

There are miracles beyond what you know

Waiting for you to find

For you are a Miracle of life

That will unfold when you find the time

You know this in your heart and soul

And it frightens you sometimes

For you are a part of the one energy of the Universe

And the Love that is alive

For this energy Creates

This Energy receives

And the positive and the negative

Merged in you and me

We are all alive in this Light and Love

It’s in the Vehicle you carry and reside

 It’s alive in your heart and Soul

And the magic part of  Life

And you hold the key

To open up your heart

For you are a Miracle of God’s Light

And this is the love just waiting there inside.
