This spinning swirling Joy
Comes with the freedom of space
This distant memory of love
That comes back in
God’s embrace
And all the times we are blessed
To look into anothers eyes
And see the soul that’s deep within
Reflected back to our soul inside
There is this reassurance that is given
When we realize that we are not alone
For the spirit that is alive in us
Is from the source we share as home.
And our experience on this earth together
is an uniquely different while we are here
Yet it all carries the basic premise
That we need to love and care
And our time on this planet is limited
That much we all can know
So we try to find that joy in life
While we have a chance before we go
And this spinning swirling joy
Comes to us in many ways
Perhaps while watching a sunrise
Or when we share love with another today
And so we celebrate our differences
And when we learn to love this life
And we live with the dancing dream
reflected in this brilliant prism of light
And this spinning swirling Joy can happen
At any moment in time
When we let God’s love into our hearts
And learn to live as one
