on the rough and swirling seas

of these turbulent times we pray to be

able to find comfort that we need

in the light that shines inside eternally 

we breathe in light

we breathe in peace

we trust in the power of good to be

able to sustain and bring us peace 

mother Mary and Father Divine

bring us strength and faith to find

the blessings of being centered 

in the love that you provide

that sees us to that place inside

where all is well and grace abides

and there is that smile that signifies 

we know that God is always by our side
