with all it’s grace and light
to embrace this blessed life
with all its pain and sorrow
and the promise to try make it right
if we just hold on hope long enough
to lift us to the heights of the soul
but this life
with the glimpses of glory shown
this kiss of the breath of Spirit
with the heart that reminds us
with each moment as the beauty unfolds

just a short time left I know
to live it fully and then let go
