all these filters of life

with unseen influences that bring insight

that we reflect the rainbow colors 

that we wear as an aura 

a robe of protection to hide behind 

until we come to find

it’s all a state of mind

and we see past the filters 

and awaken to a reality

beyond the normal grind of mankind

and we embrace the source of light

to open our perception until we find 

behind the curtain of time

we are unfiltered and united as one soul
