this morning while I was praying 

for all those who I know in such need 

I turned to God and asked 

for  help to bring them healing please

and for a while I drifted

into a state of sleep 

and saw the blessings that he brings

light the world with precious peace

and I pray that all the burdens that you carry 

be turned over to God too

so you can stop all the minds worry 

and your stress can be released 

and I’m reminded as a footnote 

from this voice inside of me

that we should just do the best we can

and let the rest be held in Gods hands
