Lighthouse of the soul,

How does your light shine through us

To the ones in darkness.

Oh, Brilliance of the one

Who is the source of all life,

How can I claim your name

Without seeing we are all one

On the Journey home to your light.

And as I search for the perfect light

That draws me to you

What is it of value is how I can share

On the journey to the Light.

If I can be a brilliant Beacon,

That can shine forth to the souls

That are praying to find a way,

Than I may be a lighthouse

That shines through

to others who are seeking.

And just as there are stars that shine throughout the universe,

And there is a sun that lights each day

To guide us on our way.

As we work together to find the light

We must also find a way to share that light

That God gives so freely to all.

 We do not shut down our lighthouse,

We do not close up our soul,

We let the flame that burns so bright

Shine through us to others

Who are seeking the light.

And we become the beacon

And allow our souls to shine throughout the darkness

We shine as a lighthouse to the ones who searching

In the dark for the way home

And we stand through the storms that rage

And we hold forth the Light God has given us

As a lighthouse, one with all life and all light.
