But what did you expect God,

When you merged Darkness with the Light?

When the Human Form was given the power of one eternal life.

When Once upon  a time in the Garden of Eden there came,

the freedom to taste the Apple,

And still be born again.

What did you think when you made the promise so long ago

To let us know you in all below.

And yet you must have known

 how we forget to remember so easily when we get caught

in the dream life that taste from the apple brings.

And we are being asked to bring heaven here to earth

Are there enough volunteers who believe

They can be of such great worth?

Did you offer a taste of the new fruit

That Christ held from your Garden of Love,

And must we have the faith to plant those seeds

 and transform this place to reflect heaven above?

It seems we often destroy those who have held this precious plan.

Does it really matter then if we get lost here in the darkness of all man.

Can we restore the sanctuary within our hearts today,

After all we’ve been through and destroyed along the way.

I don’t doubt the wisdom, but I wonder, after what I have seen

Can we really do this.? You do know what I mean.

Can we heal the past and somehow find a way

To bring peace to this planet and the foundation for a new and better day.

Let me believe enough with all my heart and soul

That there really is a path to follow

That will get us there someday..
