Dear Lord,

Or whatever your name might really be.

As I through off the chains that reality would hold,

And I remove the Mask that has hidden who I truly am,

And I see you, Lord, in every breath of being I know you are with me.

As I through off the lies and the battles that ego would wage

I stand naked to spirit and I melt with you, I merge with Love,

And I re-emerge as the Lover of the One universe

That sings of a celebration of this energy that is the source of life.

And I stand before the rising sun and I feel

 my heart beat in tune With your heart lord,

or whatever your name might really be.

And I choose to Love you as I Love God,

As I know you do, with all with all my heart and soul,

With power of the divine faith that is more like

An awakening to the cosmic miracle that creates

And destroys, that breathes in and out, that is now and always.

And so with each breath I follow the path traced by the Masters,

Who love you, Into the unlimited unknown eternal light that you hold.

And as I spin I turn to smile,

At the glimpse of who you are, dear Lord,

Or whatever your name might be.

And who could not love you with all their heart and soul ,

if they were to dance this dance with you,

if they were to hear the truth you whispered

as you and I recognized our souls are one.

And so there is a homecoming to a new world

That was promised so long ago.

And so there is a joy so great to behold.

And so I throw down the illusions I used in my time on earth.

And so you know me for here I am.

And so I sing a song that is a prayer to you

Dear lord, or whatever your name might really be.

I love you, and I say Thank you God.
