Through all the words that are spoken

Through the light and dark of time

There is a candle burning

In the secret darkest halls

Hidden in the silence

Of my depths I still can see

It’s you there, alive in spirit

Waiting as my destiny

And perhaps you never cared

How I lived apart from it all

For you could read my mind

And you could heed my call

And you are in a place deep inside my soul

As a way for me to see,

The light that would Shine as a beacon

 that would somehow come  and guide me

When I turned away from the path

That was intended to lead me to you

I found there was really was no running,

There was no place to hide no matter what it is I do

There was always something waiting

To meet me deep inside

And even if I were to pretend I didn’t know what to do

You were always waiting  to

leave me clues so I could call on you

And even in the silence

of the dark night of the soul

when I reject the suffering

 and pain that the world did show

and when I was lost on those back roads

 to the journey to the edges of the world

You were always waiting

No matter which way that I turned

And I so I Bow down in moments to worship

and I close my eyes and I pray

for the will to do what I must do

to get by each and every day

 But I know there in my heart

And deep within  my soul

you are there to catch me , even if I fall

For You are always waiting , deep within  the heart of all.
