Be Not Afraid

To Be who you are

For when you find You

You discover a Golden thread of Spirit

That holds a light

that is alive in You

 and everyone and everything.

Breathe in that Light of Spirit

Breathe in that light you are.

Trust in this precious gift

That is you, In Light, In being

Here is this form.

And experience the love

That is there within this shining light

Let the presence of this spirit of Light and love

Be focused and Present in your awareness

Right here and now in you.

Be the Presence of Love

Alive in the Light of Spirit

For you are this precious gift of Light and love

And with this gift you have the power

to fulfill your purpose and to serve others  in seeing and being

that light and love they are.

For we are all one in this light,

We are all joined in spirit,

And when I find who I am

And that I am that I am

I am present with Spirit

 in Oneness of all.
