And engage in the truth of the Presence
Which is where your soul abides.

Can keep you occupied
With the truth of who you are
And where your strength resides
For when you see with the soul you are
You have a better view
Of what is really going on all around you
And what you really need to do.
Whitman said a while ago
‘Getting and spending we lay waste our power”
All the time we spend doing just that
Depletes who we really are.
So dwell in the Light of your presence
And let that be your place of power
Be as the director who sees the play
but is removed from the drama that unfolds.
so you can be fully
Present
and aware of your purpose and goals
For all of lives little dramas take away
from the truth of what you came here for.
So be present in what you do
And bring your awareness to what happens to you.
Disengage from the ego that would take control
And live in the power in the light of your soul.
Take a moment to be centered
And engaged in a place of power
And bring the breath of your awareness
To be Present so you
can be who you are.
