From Darkness to light
What roles do we play
As the universe spins us
On this Wheel of Life each day
Taking each moment to live here on earth
And to release the darkness to light
With each drama incurred
To what might be our salvation and rebirth
Each choice we make leads us to our destiny
Until our choices set us free
And all we can do we do on the way
And we ask for God’s blessings come as they may.
And if we can love the gifts we find
In the lessons we learn in this space and time
Then there’s a lifeline that will lead us eventually home
from night to
the new dawn.
We are all just a part of the game we play
As we reach into our hearts
And we hope and we pray
For God to be with us and guide our way
From darkness to Light each night and day
With all that we are and what we do and say.
The world spins us round the universe
As we Build a bridge to the eternal highway
Flashes of Light that shine through the night
Shadows that are attached to this form that won’t last
Brilliant energy that is here and gone
Merged with the yin and yang that lives on.
