Purification exercise
It is very easy to take on negative energy that is out
there.
There are so many negative thoughts that some people buy
into.
And once you buy into something negative,
You have invested in that energy and it can be used by
whoever placed it there
To further their cause.
I have found that we can pollute our own body, mind and soul
system
Just as we have polluted this precious planet.
It helps to do a clearing and purification exercise if you
find that
You may have been “slipping into darkness”
To do this simple exercise go to a clear power spot. It
could be in your home or out in nature.
Take a moment to light a candle
sage the area
Place some Oil
on your hands and feet.
Take some deep clearing breaths
Set an intention to Clear the inner pollution you may have.
Ask for the angels and guardians to help you remove any
negative energy
That you may have brought into your body, mind and soul.
Ask to be a clear channel of positive energy
let the Source
of all energy flow through you
Let the pure light of God’s energy be brought into your soul
Breathe that
pure energy deeply into your body, mind and emotions
Let that energy come through your nervous system removing
any toxic vibrations that have been blocking a perfect flow of God’s energy through you
Feel that energy from your head down your spine and out your
feet and toes to earth below.
Breathe in this light, receive this light ask that it be
used to purify you.
Now you are ready to let the light of Love work through you
Once again breathe energy into your heart
Let it open the door to the power of love within you
Breathe that love in and allow your self to feel it and believe
it,
and then say to
your self ” I love you”
Can you feel that love for your self, or are there blocks to
that love?
If you feel any rejection of your self, ask that God’s love
be allowed
To work with forgiveness for any negative thoughts you have
about yourself.
Forgive yourself for negative energy you have said about
your self or about others.
Breathe in forgiveness, offer any blocks or negative energy
you have about yourself or others and place into a chalice to be released and
freed.
And say AMAMA AMAMA ua Noa ,( the prayer is freed)
Now allow the Chalice to be filled with God’s Pure Love
Let that love pour down you. Feel it purify and cleanse your
body mind and soul.
Tell your self, I am Loved, Renewed, Restored and Redeemed and purified by the
Light and Love of God. Thank you God! So be it and so it is.
