What better Way to start the Day
Then to be blessed by the presence of Angels
To watch the night slip away
And slowly fade to the new suns rays
To hear the call of the doves of dawn
Those heavenly messengers that always come
And to greet the Masters and stand in their light
And welcome the Lord into your heart and life
And all these precious words
that come to me
each day
greet me with such Love
and the echo of the Gifts now speak
and I hear the words that proclaim
“This is the Day the Lord has Made
Let us be glad and rejoice”
And a smile comes to my soul
And I feel those blessings are present here
And are surrounding me in ways I may not know
but yet they
are always near
And what better way
to take our Place on life’s stage
then to love the role we play.
What better way to love your life
Then to share these blessing every day
so just takes a moment
And a little space in time
To feel good about your self
And to trust that Good in life abounds
So take a moment to proclaim this truth,
no matter what
the news may say
“This is the day the Lord has Made
Let us be glad and rejoice.”
