Catch the light of the morning star

and recognize that mirror 

of God that is omnipresent 

in every form in creation 

the light of creation is alive 

it’s a living force that lives eternally 

see it in the eyes  of the soul

in the flowers that turn to the  sun to grow 

breathe in the love of life

and awaken to the miracle that’s alive 

that blesses us here each day
