life is full of wild rides 

and these times bring us 

so much to experience and decide

as to what us real and what’s a lie 

it’s hard to find 

what to focus on in our lives 

 after all  the ups and downs 

and the feelings of being low and high

there’s this place of calm

and peace you need to find

if you can just breathe deep

 and close your eyes

and look within to see the light

there’s this massive soul sigh 

thats says ok it’s time

to get back to the centerline 

and let Gods purpose guide us

and let that be our reason and focus 

so that Love and peace 

can drive our life
