With no beginning or end
For within all of my cells and being
is the very essence of the universe
created by the miracle of Life
the eternal spirit of light in form
I am alive in the breath of Spirit
with a presence that fills me with light
I hold in my mind the consciousness of the Divine
I am a living breathing manifestation
of Spirit here in form .
