one to one a sweet lifes song is sung
from the heart to the soul
from the words that know
there is some unspoken thread
that connects each word with music to show
what that message you hear means
and how it translates what is said to reality
to reach the feeling we share in being
to how each of us are perceiving
some truth God gives that we are receiving
I reject the violence and embrace the grace
I need to live each day
to show I am blessed in so many ways
and yet i still must deal
the ego and what that reveals cause it gives us some kind similarity
I am hungry for that one on one
that feeds the dreams solutions that will come
it hears and breathes that inner song
with that answer that says it’s ok just carry on
and so God I turn it over to you
