what matter I without Spirit 

I have only this time stamped body and mind

that needs this force of energy

Gods super glue holding His/Her hand to mine 

with a love that relates us to the Divine 

 

what good am I if I don’t have Goodwill 

what do I learn from what I encounter in each day

as i try to live life without fear

and still see if i can serve Gods way

and if was clinging on a vine

that was about to fall free from a tree

what what be my state of mind

could in a moment choose to be set free

I can’t do life without God 

I can’t even begin to separate 

what part is me in this Creation 

and what is this consciousness I take  

am i the vine hanging from a tree

or the one who holds what’s about break 

do we have enough love for all people

and as servants of the light

do we all stick to our intention

and try to do whatever is right
