Heavens Gates
All those thoughts of hopelessness
And all the worries and despair
Anything that ‘s brought you down
Bless them and let them disappear
All that it took to get you here to this very time and space
With a breath and a smile release them all, here at heavens
gates.
Leave those burdens and the baggage
Right there outside the door
And come to the place of radiant beauty
And cross over now to Paradise once more.
In the light of heaven
That can be imagined on Earth
Breathe in the God’s pure spirit
And let your heart be restored
Let your soul’s light fill you
And heal your body and your mind
For the road you’ve traveled has been so long
And it’s taken all you had to reach this place so divine
the Sweet, sweet love you’ve searched for
Has come to you at last.
And the angels and God’s blessings
Redeem your soul and release the past
And though there has been much to do
And though your tired and weary of the way
You can in this blessed moment
be restored to carry on to heavens gates.
So lay down all those burdens
And let go of all those fears
And rest and redeem your soul with love
of the Master in Heaven here
