When you realize with Real Eyes
That the light of God is right inside of You
You find a strength and peace that is there
When you see the truth is there to use.
And this one source is your very power
And what you need to survive
The ever changing illusions that keeps us prisoners
and blind to what is
most important in life.
And in this world that spins round through the dream of time
and covers up with endless desires
what we really need to decide,
there comes a time when we awake
to a new and greater reality.
and the threads of the clothes we used to hide
our spirit no longer are no longer necessary
for the Robes of Glory that are given for us to see with
God’s eyes..
And there we stand naked and free
Invisible to the judgment we
embraced
and find a peace in understanding
the power of God’s
saving Grace.
And we reach for the peace offered us
By angel of the Holy Dove
And it leaves a twig of the Olive Branch a
As we stand naked there to hold.
And all that is taken away from us
Does not matter when we come to understand
That in the moment of our awakening
That there is all we need to be
Provided to us by God’s Holy hand.
And this promise that God offers us
Was given by the Christ.
And if we trust this promise
Then we can find it carries us to heavens light.
For our eyes are opened to God’s love
and we are able to
see
that there is so much more than we knew
and indeed there exists a far greater Reality.
and so we offer our life to the God
who has the compassion to allow us to be
able to choose the illusions that blinds our eyes
or the eternal life that sets us free.
