make peace with your self

and try to negotiate a way

to let your feelings express

whatever you need to say

on the razor edge of true intentions 

you must walk on that fine line

to co-exist with your heart 

and any pain that liives inside

can you extend that olive branch

is there some new way

that we can try to communicate

with more love for ourself and others today 

respect your life’s purpose 

and all that got you through 

there’s others who are praying 

and who look up to you

light a candle on the alter
