my breath is my direction 

my reason is in the soul

I am a mystic traveler 

alive in this now moment as it unfolds 

and there are these whispers that come

bringing encouragement I need to know

telling me to hold steady in the light 

and when it gets heavy  to carry on  

and find peace along the path I go

I believe in that love that saves us

every time we slip and fall

there is an angel watching 

 to remind us not to worry

for God is in control 

so I breathe in the love of life

and am grateful for help along the  way 

I find the strength I need

to embrace all these lessons 

and the miracle that are present

in each moment of the  day
