The is risen to the light
and is Alive there in eternal life
and through his teachings shows the way
for us to be free of the past and to pray
to be in tune with Gods will each day
and in heaven the angels will celebrate
his return to the Glory of that highest place
and the angels choir will sing in praise
Hallelujah to the king of kings today
and we can follow on that path
for Christ directs us to a love that lasts
and at Easter time we raise our arms and say
thank you God for your amazing grace
