We are inspired to be inspired

To let go the tethers of our life and time

To obtain the unobtainable

And discover the secrets we need to find

And each trip is a sort of pilgrimage

We take to seek truth for our life.

And we find in every journey some wisdom

Some teaching of a lesson we need to know.

The remote and unattainable is seen and understood.

Each journey out in the world

Leads us to some inner truth inside ourselves.

We are inspired by our heart’s desire

We are inspired by the calling in our soul

And we know that there are precious moments to capture

That are waiting there that will reveal what we need to know.

And every time we pick up a rock from a place that I go

And prove to myself there are so many precious memories

That can teach us what we need to grow

Inspiration comes in so many ways

What inspired me to find you.

What thought thrown out in space

Brought me to look into why I do what I do

And inspiration must be listened to.

For the spirit is a precious thing.

And when we hear it knocking at our door

we open the door and fly to where it leads to.
