finding the strength to be clear

when I look in the mirror I hope to appear

and face the true face 

 that mystical portal that opens to grace 

and this life keeps going

well beyond our time here

so why not embrace this time and place

and let our love overcome our fear

With God as my witness 

with Christ as my friend 

with the power of forgiveness 

I look in the one light and am now clear
